1. Court Access & Usage

1.1. Courts are for pickleball play only — no other sports or activities.

1.2. Use of courts is first come, first served unless booked in advance.

1.3. Players must vacate the court promptly when their allotted time ends.

1.4. Wait for players to exit the court before entering, even if your time slot has started.

1.5. Place personal belongings neatly along the court fence or in designated areas — do not leave items on the court surface.

1.6. Private coaching or training sessions are allowed only by SPORTIFY management.

2. Dress Code & Equipment

2.1. Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes are mandatory.

2.2. No barefoot play, sandals, or spiked shoes are permitted.

2.3. Players must bring their own paddles and balls unless provided by SPORTIFY.

2.4. No glass bottles, sharp objects, or food items allowed on the court.

3. Safety & Conduct

3.1. Play safely and be considerate of others on and around the court.

3.2. No rough play, foul language, or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.

3.3. Stop play immediately if a stray ball or person enters your court.

3.4. Refrain from walking behind another court during a live rally. Wait for a break in play.

3.5. Report any injuries, equipment issues, or damages to SPORTIFY staff immediately.

3.6. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3.7. Any individual found intentionally damaging SPORTIFY property or equipment will face penalties and full compensation charges as decided by management.

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

4.1. Keep the court and surrounding areas clean and tidy.

4.2. Do not drag chairs, nets, or heavy objects across the court surface.

4.3. Return all equipment (nets, balls, paddles, etc.) after use.

4.4. No chewing gum, food, or drinks (except bottled water) on court.

4.5. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere in the facility.

5. Booking, Fees & Refunds

5.1. All bookings must be made through the SPORTIFY booking system or reception desk.

5.2. Cancellations or reschedules must follow the official notice period policy.

5.3. No refund will be provided once booking is confirmed, except in cases of rain, natural calamities, or if SPORTIFY management decides a refund or reschedule is appropriate.

5.4. SPORTIFY reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

5.5. Use of lighting or premium features may attract additional charges.

5.6. Courts may be closed temporarily for maintenance, rain, or events.

6. Courtesy & Etiquette

6.1. Respect other players, staff, and visitors at all times.

6.2. Wait for players to exit the court before entering, even if your time slot has started.

6.3. Refrain from walking behind another court during a live rally. Wait for a break in play.

6.4. Wait for an ongoing rally to end before crossing or retrieving balls.

6.5. Place personal belongings neatly along the court fence or in designated areas.

6.6. Return stray balls politely to neighbouring courts.

6.7. Follow all posted signs and instructions from SPORTIFY staff.

7. SPORTIFY Management Rights

7.1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for rule violations or misconduct.

7.2. Management may modify rules or court policies as necessary.

7.3. Courts may be closed temporarily for events or repairs.

7.4. Penalties or recovery charges may be imposed for damage to property or equipment.

7.5. Management decisions regarding refunds, bookings, or disciplinary matters are final.
